Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days before shipment. We aim to dispatch your purchase within 24 hours or the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday after 11 AM will typically ship on Monday.

Most items ship within 24 to 48 hours, with delivery taking 10 to 20 business days. Please note that we do not control carrier timelines—delays from postal services, UPS, FedEx, or DHL are beyond our control. For shipping inquiries, contact tramawellness@tramawellness.com.br

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customized or personalized products cannot be returned. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and a processing fee of R$ 17.00 will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return, provide your tracking number through our return form. Full product refunds (excluding original shipping) will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
