For online purchases, you also have a 7-day right of withdrawal under Brazilian Consumer Protection Law (CDC Article 49). To be eligible for exchange or return, items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We accept returns via email at tramawellness@tramawellness.com.br—simply provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable (especially for defects or shipping errors). Returns should be sent to our facility in Dubai- United Arab Emirates. Shipping costs vary by reason: within the 7-day withdrawal period, we cover return logistics; for size, color, or preference changes outside this window, return shipping may be your responsibility; and for defective items, we cover both directions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that personalized items, custom-cut fabrics, gift cards, and final-sale clearance products cannot be exchanged or returned. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos for a full resolution.
